At VerifiedPro, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what happens when you cancel your plan.
This policy applies to all paid subscriptions on the VerifiedPro platform operated by Zenix Technology Solutions.
The Starter (free) plan has no cost and therefore no refund applies. You can use the free plan indefinitely with no payment required.
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Business) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
To qualify for a refund within the 7-day window:
- Your request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date
- You must not have violated our Terms and Conditions
- The refund request must be submitted via email to refunds@verifiedpro.ng with your registered email address and reason for the request
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. However:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges
- After cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period
- Your listing and business page remain live on the free plan after cancellation - you never lose your verified listing
We will not issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Your verification was rejected because information provided was inaccurate or fraudulent
- You change your mind after the 7-day refund window
- Technical issues caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection
To request a refund, email us at refunds@verifiedpro.ng with the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address
- The date of payment
- The plan you subscribed to
- Your reason for requesting a refund
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via email and by updating the \"Last updated\" date on this page.
