By accessing or using the VerifiedPro platform at verifiedpro.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

VerifiedPro is operated by Zenix Technology Solutions, registered in Nigeria (CAC Registration No. 7855808).

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use VerifiedPro. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You must be the owner or authorised representative of the business you register on our platform.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at support@verifiedpro.ng.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

3. Subscription and Payments

VerifiedPro offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

4. Business listings

When you create a listing on VerifiedPro, you agree that:

- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date
- You are the legitimate owner or authorised operator of the business
- Your business is legal and operating in compliance with Nigerian law
- You will not list a business that does not exist or is no longer operating
- You will not use another business's name, photos, or identity
- You will update your listing if your business details change

VerifiedPro reserves the right to remove any listing that we believe to be inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms, without prior notice and without refund.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Post content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the platform without permission
- Use the platform to spam or send unsolicited messages to other users
- Impersonate another business or person

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

The VerifiedPro platform, including its design, logo, copy, and features, is the property of Zenix Technology Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of it without our written permission.

By uploading photos, logos, or other content to your listing, you grant VerifiedPro a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform and in promotional materials related to your listing.

You retain ownership of all content you upload.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email and update the \"Last updated\" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
